To help us proactively allocate your funds and avoid delays, please make sure Payroll receives the correct information as soon as funds are deposited.
This is especially important for private deals, as many private lenders do not send deposit details automatically.
For Funded Private Deals
Once funds are deposited, please email payroll@gopineapple.com with the following:
- Deposit Slip
– From the lawyer or lender
– Showing the deposit date and amount - Letter of Direction (LOD)
– Must match the funded deal and deposit
These two documents allow us to quickly locate and confirm your funds.

To check the expected commission timeframe by lender, refer to the rate sheet:

If the timeframe has passed:
- If the file is with Pineapple UW → reply to Payroll
- If the file is not with Pineapple UW → contact the lender’s BDM
- If you’re expecting a broker fee, include the deposit date and amount in your email
